TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 - Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products made on the PêcheNova website (pechenova.fr), operated by Enzo Vallet, sole trader (SIRET 1089 725 140 0013), 20 rue Marigny, 39570 Chilly-le-Vignoble, France.

Article 2 - Products and price
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption for micro-entrepreneurs). Delivery costs, where applicable, are displayed before the order is confirmed. PêcheNova reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 - Order
The customer places an order by following the steps on the website and confirming payment. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by PêcheNova, and an order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer. The customer can check and correct their order before confirming it.

Article 4 - Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured and processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Article 5 - Delivery
We deliver in France. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 days, as detailed in our Shipping Policy. If the delivery time is exceeded, the customer may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period and, failing delivery, cancel the order and be refunded, in accordance with Articles L216-2 and L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. The return costs are borne by the customer. The terms, including the model withdrawal form, are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Article 7 - Legal warranties
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The consumer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity for 24 months from delivery of the goods and does not have to prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery during that period.

Article 9 - Personal data
Personal data collected for the processing of orders is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 - Consumer mediation

Article 11 - Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence within the European Union.
