Which camera should I choose?
We offer four models: the 4.3″ HD camera with infrared night vision (15 m or 30 m cable), the 4.3″ Night Vision camera (20 m or 50 m cable), the 4x Zoom camera with a 4.3″ screen (15 m cable) and the 7″ Screen camera with 30 LEDs (15 m, 30 m or 50 m cable). Choose the 7″ model if you want the largest screen and more light in low light or murky water, and a 4.3″ model if you prefer a smaller screen; the Zoom model adds a 4x digital zoom.
Which cable length should I choose?
Around 15 to 20 m suits ponds, small lakes and fishing from the bank or a jetty; 30 to 50 m is better for large lakes, deep areas and fishing from a boat. The lengths available depend on the model, see each product page.
Are the cameras waterproof?
The camera is IP68 waterproof: only the camera, at the end of the cable, goes into the water. The screen is not designed to be submerged. The housing of the 4.3″ Night Vision camera withstands temperatures from -10 °C to 50 °C. Please see each product page for the exact specifications of your model.
How long does the battery last?
The 4.3″ Night Vision camera has a rechargeable 5000 mAh battery offering up to 6 hours of use, and the 4.3″ HD camera also has a rechargeable 5000 mAh battery. The 4x Zoom camera has a rechargeable 4000 mAh battery, and the 7″ Screen camera a rechargeable battery in a separate control box. Actual run time depends on the screen brightness and on how much you use the LEDs.
Does it see well at night or in murky water?
The 4.3″ Night Vision camera has 12 high-brightness infrared LEDs and a 220° field of view. The 4.3″ HD and 4x Zoom cameras have infrared night vision. The 7″ Screen camera has 30 LEDs (infrared and white). In every case, visibility depends on the clarity and depth of the water: it decreases in murky water.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery is estimated within 5 to 14 days, depending on your location. A tracking email is sent as soon as your parcel ships.
What if there is a problem with my camera?
You have a 24-month legal warranty and 14 days from receipt to change your mind. A faulty or non-conforming item is replaced or refunded. Contact us from the Contact page.
